We wanted to made our own salsa sauce. And we want to honor the original traditions and at the same time give the "red salsa" a new little twist of the new century.

CF Salsa Roja -bursting with juicy tomatoes, tangy lime, and a ton of traditional green jalapenos and chili.

Salsa Roja originally appeared in our 2020 chili X-mas calendar and the comments were so encouraging that we decided to give it a go basic production also!

Chili Factory's Salsa Roja is highly recommended for various nachos, tacos and tortilla-type dishes. It's also worth trying with the smoked dishes. Enjoy.

Loistava salsan korvaaja

Mieto mutta maukas burritojen seuralainen

Tämä orggis Salsa roja sopii mainiosti ja vähemmän yllättäen burritoihin ja tacojen seuraksi. Tässäkin on maku etusijalla kuten kaikissa Chilifactoryn sooseissa. Koostumus tässä voisi olla hieman paksumpi. Varsinkin nachojen kanssa läträtessä tuppaa paikat sotkeentumaan. Semisuolainen.

Joulukalenterin "Angry" versio oli mielestäni hieman tätä normaalia miedompaa soosia parempi johtuen siitä että olen itse jo aika vahvoihinkin chilisooseihin tottunut. Toki tähän voi vaikka ETT:tä tai mahdollisesti myyntiin tulevaa God Modea sujauttaa sekaan niin saa sen tulisuudenkin tarvittaessa kohdalleen :)

Tässä oli paljon hyvää makua ja vähän potkua. Tästä tuli kertaheitolla lastemme suosikki, ja pidin itsekin tästä valtavasti!
