Finnish blueberries by the shovel and when we thought there was enough, we took a snow shovel to help and scooped a little more. We wanted to think of a little twist on this amazing forest berry.. A final touch that would support the delicate blueberry, but would not take away the flavors at all. The backround is filled with wonderful Sugar Rush Cream -chili and pure vanilla sugar.

The end result is an indescribably delicious chili-blueberry-vanilla jam. This too was originally developed to decorate cheese plate. Try it with pancakes, cakes, porrage, smoothies or with ice-cream.

Serving suggestion 1: Cheese plate companion

  • Biscuit: salty cracker, crispy light biscuit
  • Cheese: Creamy and soft Brie cheese. Hard and salty cheese matured for 9-24 months.

Serving suggestion 2: Desserts

  • To finish off an ice cream serving
  • With pancakes and panna cotta
  • On the side of chocolate cakes and muffins
  • Straight from the jar to the sound
