General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Chili Fcktory Oy, Business ID 3114870-2. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer of the online store confirms that they have read the terms and conditions of trade.

 

Ordering

All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions when customer has made the order.

Products and product prices

Product prices are listed on the product page.. Ingredients and product information are listed under each product. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

 

Delivery times

By ordering, the customer accepts that the products will not be delivered to him immediately. The customer will be kept informed of the delivery time after the order. Delivery usually takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on your location and products of the order. Pre-ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible. The company reserves the rights to any changes at any time regarding to delivery times in each order.

 

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Right of exchange and return

We sell food products and therefore the customer has a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act if the package has not been opened. Failure to pick up the goods is not enough to cancel or/and refund the order. The amount charged for an uncollected shipment is 25 euros, which is withheld from the possibly returned purchase amount. The fee consists of the packaging, shipping and return costs of the order. 

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

 

Customer and data protection

The commercial relationship complies with applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising.

When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide their complete contact information, which includes at least their name, address, telephone number and email address.

Customer information is stored in Chili Fcktory Oy's customer register, where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. Chili Fcktory Oy also has the right to process and disclose the information in the register for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with applicable legislation.

The privacy policy in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation can be viewed at chilifcktory.fi. The customer can prohibit the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes and check the information concerning them by contacting Chili Fcktory Oy's customer service. Contacts must be made in writing and submitted signed to the following address: Chili Fcktory Oy, Asentajankatu 5 B, 00880 HELSINKI.

Chili Factory Oy also reserves the right to conduct direct marketing to the Customer in the form of an automated call.

After purchase, the customer will be sent a product review invitation. Responding to the review invitation is voluntary. The invitation only includes products that the customer has already purchased. The customer's contact information will not be publicly displayed in connection with the review. Chili Fcktory uses the information collected through reviews to improve the customer experience, product range and services.

The Chilifcktory.fi website uses cookies, which can help the website to be further developed to be more user-friendly. The purpose of cookies on the Chilifcktory.fi website is to make the shopping experience easier, better and faster. Cookies can also be used to provide better offers and more personalized product recommendations to the customer.
